Smart Infrastructure Maintenance Project Management System
Summary: We developed an integrated system for managing and monitoring infrastructure maintenance projects, including lighting, roads, and parks. This system aims to enhance efficiency and transparency in maintenance operations.

Automation and Development of the Saudi Building Code System
Summary: In collaboration with Zuhair Fayez Partnership and the Eastern Province Municipality, we automated and developed the Saudi Building Code system. This project aims to enhance compliance with building standards in the Kingdom and ensure the quality and safety of constructions.
Key Components:
Mobile Application for Violations Reporting: Empowers municipal inspectors to easily and effectively monitor violations of the Saudi Building Code for buildings in Dammam.
Enhanced Compliance: The project simplified the inspection process and accelerated procedures for monitoring and addressing violations, leading to improved adherence to the Saudi Code.
Decision Support: The system provides data and analytics to support relevant authorities in making decisions to improve code implementation.
